Kathy and Larry provided exquisite breakfasts tailored to my preferences, and the spacious suite had amazing views of Cathedral Rock. Their warm hospitality.

None, a perfect experience!

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and nicely appointed and had perfect location near to all the tourist sights, the cathedral rock vortex, which was an amazing experience and restaurants, parks and even the best hiking trails. Spent here 2 wonderful days and will come back.

The hotel was not far from Sedona and the adjacent activities, a serene, luxurious, picturesque getaway, and the best hiking trails thanks to its quiet location😃

Waking up to a custom. Kathy and Larry's warm hospitality were nice, while the expansive views of Cathedral Rock were amazing.

The steep driveway was a bit of a challenge at first, and might be something to consider if you're driving a low-clearance vehicle. This small obstacle was easily overshadowed by the overall charm of our stay.

The views from the Beautiful Double Room were amazing, especially of Cathedral Rock. Each morning, we enjoyed custom breakfasts prepared by Kathy. She made sure to cater to our dietary preferences, which showed her commitment to guest satisfaction. The spacious room featured a comfortable Sleep Number bed and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The hospitality from Kathy and Larry felt personal and genuine as if we were visiting family. The steep driveway presented a bit of a challenge upon arrival, and it might be a concern for those with mobility issues. Despite this minor inconvenience, the charm of the place far outweighed any negatives. We took advantage of the recommenced hiking spots nearby and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It's evident that Kathy and Larry pour their hearts into making the experience nice for everyone who visits. We can't wait to return for another stay!

The Casita was beautifully decorated with excellent amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely balcony view of Cathedral Rock. Kathy and Larry were gracious hosts, providing personalized breakfast choices that were delicious and fresh every morning.

None, everything was really good.

The steep driveway woudl ve been a warning, but I overook it for the supposed "beautiful" experience. I received no complimentary gesture for my troubles, nor were the homemade snacks even freesh. Almost a good review, but no, I just couldn't with those issues lingering.

The breakfasts were really good, especially the unique frittatas that started each morning on a delicious note. Make sure to ask for local hiking recommendations-they were spot on!

We had a wonderful time enjoying customized breakfasts that catered to both mine and my wife's tastes. Relaxing on the deck while taking in the stunning views. The jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the option for a couples massage added a nice touch to our stay. The only hiccup was that finding the place initially was a bit tricky, but once we settled in, everything else was perfect! 😊

This was a perfect fit for a weekend trip in Sedona and great value for the money. Waking up to custom-made breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Make sure to enjoy the views from the back deck as you eat.
